•How do I make a reservation? Please email us with the dates you would like to reserve and any questions and we will respond promptly. Please also leave your phone number.

•What is your payment policy? Booking for the current year requires 50% at the time of reservation to hold your booking, The remainder plus security deposit is due one month prior to your arrival. Reservations made for the following year require 25% at the time of booking, 25% by January 1st, and the remainder one month prior to your arrival.

•What if I need to cancel my reservation? We will offer you a refund with at least 60 days prior notice. We will do our best to re-rent your week. We are usually able to do so. No refunds will be given for late check-ins, early check-outs or no-shows.

•Are refunds available in the case of inclement weather? No refunds will be given for cancellation or interruption due to weather.

•What are your check-in and check-out times? CHECK-IN is 4:00 p.m. and CHECK-OUT time is by 10:00 a.m. Each of our rental guests must agree to schedule arrival and departure at stated times. Please DO NOT arrive at the property before check in time. If cars or people are seen at the property, it will delay the cleaning and inspection, and thereby, delay your check-in time.

•Are security deposits required? A Security Deposit is required for all rentals. You are responsible for any damage to the property during your stay. Your liability is not limited to the security deposit. Deposits will be returned within 30 days after departure.

•How should I leave the property?

Each home is fully inspected before you arrive and after you leave to ensure the property is clean. You are responsible for leaving the property in the condition it was when you arrived. You are renting our home and your should treat it the way you would like your own to be treated. Excess cleaning, if needed, may be withheld from your security deposit.

•How do I get into the house? We have digital locks, and you will be provided with the entry code prior to your arrival.

We are pleased to provide linens and towels for your use if you choose not to bring or rent your own. Guest is responsible for washing, drying and folding prior to departure.

Washing machine, laundry detergent, and clothes dryer are available.

•What supplies are included in the rental? For your convenience our homes are equipped with kitchenware and supplies for everyday cooking and are fully stocked with dishwasher detergent, soap, shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper, and all necessary cleaning supplies including a vacuum.

•What items should we bring? Bring beach towels, beach chairs, floats, umbrellas and, certainly, sunscreen! Some beach chairs and floats are available for your use. Again, read the Checklist page right now...Call and ask as many questions as you want.

•What about grilling? All homes include a gas grill with utensils. We do ask you to clean the grill before departure.

•Are pets allowed? Pets are allowed with owner consent. There is a $25/night/pet fee, which we are happy to waive for returning guests (2dog maximum)

•Smoking

There is no smoking inside any property.

Is there a grocery store nearby?

You may stop at Market Basket as you enter the Cape on Route 6, there is also a Stop & Shop and a Shaw's in Orleans, and Cumberland Farms and the Superette in Eastham.

How far away is the beach?

Since Eastham is only 3-4 miles wide, the Bay or Ocean will be just a mile or two away from any of our homes.

What beaches are close?

The National Seashore beaches in Eastham include Coast Guard and Nauset Light Beaches. Limited parking is available at Coast Guard Beach but there is a tram close by with plenty of parking. $45.00 season, $15/day.

There are eight Eastham Town beaches on the bay side as well as three fresh water ponds with lovely sandy beaches. Day or weekly beach passes are available for $65/week, $15/day available at Cook’s Brook, Campground, First Encounter and Wiley Park.

Should I bring my bike?

By all means, bring your bike! The pave 24 mile Cape Cod Rail Trail runs through Eastham and is easily accessible from all four homes. If you would prefer to rent a bike, there are bike rental shops in Eastham. The Nauset Bike Trail starts at the Cape Cod National Sea Shore Salt Pond Visitor Center and ends 2 ½ miles later at Coast Guard Beach.

Should I bring my binoculars?

The Cape is a bird lover's paradise! Many birds migrate through the Cape and with the Audubon Wildlife Sanctuary nearby in Welfleet and hiking trails by the Nauset Marsh, you are sure to see a variety of birds. Also, you may want them to spot a seal or take them if you go whale watching.
