We are just five minutes away from both the bay beaches and the National Seashore. This home has 4 attractive bedrooms and two updated bathrooms. On the first floor, there are two queen bedrooms, living room, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, full bath, and a sunny family room. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, a full bath, 3 twins and a queen bed. Our house is within a half mile of Cape Cod's Rail Trail for biking, rollerblading and evening strolls. Plenty of shopping, golf and mini golf courses and many other activities await you just a short distance away. Drive less than half an hour to Province town or Hyannis to enjoy their numerous eclectic shops, galleries and restaurants. Explore the salt water marshes and Audubon Sanctuary, the only drive-in theater on the Outer Cape or a flea market.
